The IAIK XML Security Toolkit (XSECT) is an implementation of the Java^TM XML Digital Signature API Specification (JSR 105) and the Java^TM XML Digital Encryption API Specification (JSR 106).

Implemented APIs

The IAIK XML Security Toolkit (XSECT) implements the following APIs:

Java XML Digital Signatures APIs as specified by the Java Specification Request #105 (JSR 105) - Version 1.0
Java XML Digital Encryption APIs as specified by the Java Specification Request #106 (JSR 106) - Version PR (Proposed Public Review Draft)

PLEASE NOTE: The Java Specification Request #106 (Java XML Digital Encryption APIs) has not been finalized. Therefore, it can not be guaranteed that the final version of the Java XML Digital Encryption APIs will be fully compatible with this version of the IAIK XML Security Toolkit (XSECT).
